My view is I am delighted with the practice, staff are always pleasant and helpful. I do have some concerns about getting an appointment. I tried every day for 18 days trying to get an appointment with Dr Wright. It does get tedious having to spend sometimes 10 minutes each morning trying to get through. I was prepared to wait to see Dr Weight. I don't know what the solution is, as an ex practice manager of a large GP practice in London, we had similar problems. Patients expectations have increased, some prefer to see a GP rather than self treatment,or ask advice of a pharmacy. If I had a solution to the problems of appointments, I would be a millionaire.

Caroline is great re blood tests. I hardly feel the needle going in!

Appointment time needs to be adjusted. 10 mins on average is not working. I waited 60 mins with my 2 year old for our booked appointment.
